We provide asphalt maintenance and construction‑related services including, but not limited to: sealcoating, crack sealing, line striping, asphalt repair, parking lot maintenance, and related site services. The specific scope of work for your project will be outlined in your written estimate or proposal. Any changes, additions, or modifications must be approved in writing.
3. Estimates & Proposals
All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Hidden or unforeseen conditions may require additional work at additional cost. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
4. Scheduling & Project Timing
Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and workload. Construction timelines are estimates and may shift due to factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule updates promptly through phone, email, or SMS.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, ensure the work area is accessible, notify affected parties of scheduled work, and follow all curing and traffic‑control instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by early traffic or failure to follow instructions.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be listed on your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur fees or interest. Returned checks may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work if payment terms are not met.
7. Warranty & Quality of Work
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms vary depending on the service performed. Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, chemicals, heavy equipment, improper use, or pre‑existing structural issues.
8. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Communication Consent (Phone, Email, SMS)
By contacting Utah Sealcoat & Striping or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications through phone, email, and SMS. Purpose of communications includes inquiries, quotes, scheduling, updates, coordination, billing, and customer service.

13. Materials & Environmental Conditions
Construction materials require specific weather and temperature conditions. Work may be rescheduled to ensure proper application and durability.
14. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued communication or engagement with our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
